Fintech 1.0 was the first generation of financial technology that was specifically niched and targeted, to a specific point, meaning consumers needed many apps in order to access all aspects of finance such as an app for investing and a separate app for savings.
The Fintech 2.0 approach centers on what can be called “rebundling” which means seamlessly integrating all the things a customer needs to manage their financial life in a single place.
